Donation Requests

Hilo Brewing Company takes pride in supporting our local non-profit organizations. If you are seeking sponsorship for an upcoming event, please take a moment to review the following criteria before reaching out to us. We kindly ask that your event takes place at least 60 days from now. Unfortunately, requests for events within 30 days cannot be accommodated.

 

All donations must be picked up from our brewery in Hilo, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and must be prearranged.

We do not offer sponsorships or donations to the following groups:

• Groups that are not 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) nonprofit organizations

• Children’s groups - including schools & sports teams

• Family Foundations 

• Religious or Church-related groups

• Motorsports groups. It’s our civic duty not to mix alcohol and automobiles.

• Events hosted by a retail establishment to bring attention to the organizations itself, its products, or its services

• Membership Groups such as Business Associations or Alumni Associations
